• Clinics are designed to not only develop the players skill, knowledge, and ability, they will also become stronger athlete through lacrosse specific exercises
• By the end of this series of clinics they will have become a smarter player, more skilled, stronger athlete, and able to handle more on the field of play this Spring!
• Our experienced and detailed coaching staff will be a part of eery rep they take, teaching and guiding them throughout.
• Our staff includes NLL players, Division 1 Players, College Coaches. Our guest coaches will include PLL/NLL professional players, college coaches, local HS coaches.

High School Clinics | 8:00-9:00am

• Designed to challenge the athlete and the lacrosse player
• Each clinic will players will go through a variety of speed, agility, and training exercises - will vary each clinic
• Skill Program will challenge your skills, knowledge, IQ, and ability
• All skill elements are position specific and will feature repetitions against the opposing defensive or offensive position group
• The end goal of our winter clinics is to see individual growth, preparation for the spring and summer travel seasons, and further development towards becoming a college lacrosse player
• Come ready to play - full gear and apparel required
• Wear Sneakers, NO cleats!

5th - 8th Grade Clinics | 9:00-10:00am

• Designed to challenge the athlete and the lacrosse player
• Each clinic will players will go through a variety of speed, agility, and training exercises - will vary each clinic
• Skill Program will challenge your skills, knowledge, IQ, and ability
• All skills elements will be a combination of position specific and competitive between offensive & defensive players
• The end goal of our winter clinics is to see individual growth, preparation for the spring and summer travel seasons, and further development towards becoming a high school varsity lacrosse player
• Come ready to play - full gear and apparel required
• Wear Sneakers, NO cleats!

Advanced Dodging & Shooting Clinics |10:00-11:00am

• Designed for players who want to push their abilities every week and find out what kind of offensive threat they can be!
• Perfect for high school-aged players and advanced 5th-8th grade players!
• Don't miss your chance to take your game to all new heights!

Boys & Girls Kindergarten - 4th Grade Clinics |11am-12pm

• ALSO AVAILABLE TO GIRLS 5th-12th GRADE - register here or bring cash each Sunday

• Designed to develop the core fundamentals of lacrosse and a greater knowledge of how to play the game
• Each clinic will players will go through a variety of drills that challenge your skills, knowledge, IQ, and ability
• All clinic elements will honor each player's ability and experience level
• Players will compete with and against similarly skilled and experienced players
• The end goal of our winter clinics is to see individual growth, preparation for our spring leagues and summer travel teams, and further development toward eventually becoming a modified lacrosse player for their school
• Equipment is not required, but is advised - all experienced players should come ready to play in full gear & apparel
• Those will less experience or new to the game will focus on drills that do not require equipment
• Wear Sneakers, NO cleats!
